Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients
Step 2:
It is better to use a young cabbage. We wash the head, remove the upper leaves, cut out the stalk and cut it.
Step 3:
Cabbage cut into cubes of large size.
Step 4:
Carefully wash the jars and sterilize them in the oven. The lids are also washed and boiled.
Step 5:
We put spices in the prepared jars at the bottom: dill, pepper and bay leaf.
Step 6:
Fill the jar tightly with cabbage.
Step 7:
Fill the jars with boiling water, close the lids and leave for an hour. While the cabbage is "warming up" we are engaged in marinade. Mix water, salt and sugar, bring to a boil, add vinegar, and boil a little more.
Step 8:
Drain the water, pour the marinade, seal tightly with lids and cool under a blanket.
Step 9:
When the cabbage cools down, store the jars in a cool place
Step 10:
Lazy cabbage is ready.
The amount of marinade that is obtained from these components is enough for nine liters of ready-made cabbage.
