I make a large number of blanks for the winter. I make both various salads, and I close the vegetables separately. I really like to eat salted pepper in winter evenings, that's why I close several jars of this snack for the winter. And now I will tell you a culinary recipe for such food as canned bell pepper. We start by washing the pepper, taking out the seeds and cutting it in half. Now we are preparing the marinade for canning. To do this, pour water into a saucepan and boil it, then add granulated sugar, salt, vinegar essence and vegetable oil to it, mix everything well. Let our mass boil for a couple of minutes. Then we put the prepared pepper in portions in a saucepan and cook it for about 5-7 minutes. When the whole pepper is cooked in this way, we tightly fold it into washed and dried jars in layers: pepper, garlic, herbs, and then pour the marinade. After that, sterilize the jars for 15-20 minutes. After this time, we take out the cans, roll them up and put them in a warm place until they cool down.
