Bon appetit!
Such aspic cabbage was served in the house of my good friends, from whom I learned how to cook a quick aspic cabbage for the winter. Many thanks to them for this recipe! I like to cook various dishes from cabbage, and also eat it just like that, fresh and pickled, especially since it is very useful. It is known that this vegetable has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, and its consumption accelerates metabolic processes and reduces blood sugar levels. White cabbage contains macro- and microelements, which are extremely important for strengthening the immune system and the well-coordinated work of the digestive and cardiovascular systems. In addition, it contains sterols and vegetable dietary fibers that reduce cholesterol levels. And cabbage is also very useful for the liver - its use allows you to protect the liver from all kinds of harmful effects. And a nice bonus to all of the above will be that it is a low-calorie product: it can be eaten in large quantities without the risk of getting better and gaining weight - I think this information will be especially interesting to girls who follow the figure. Include cabbage in your diet - and be full and healthy!
