Daikon radish salad in Korean

Radish is perfect for Korean recipes. Try it! I really like spicy Korean salads. I cook such food as carrots in Korean very often. But it turns out that you can cook not only carrots, but also beets and radishes in Korean. I cooked the last one for the first time not long ago and did not regret it. It turned out very juicy and delicious. For this culinary recipe, I took a summer–grade Loba radish - "Elephant tusk", as it is juicier than winter varieties and tastes sweet. An important point in the preparation of a radish salad in Korean is to let it brew properly - an hour or more. You will also need adinomoto - 1 pinch, a national seasoning that is widely used in Korean cuisine

So, let's take radish and carrot, peel them. We will prepare straws from them – this can be done with a special grater, you can use a food processor, or you can just use an ordinary sharp knife. Then add a little salt and let it stand for 30 minutes.
During this time, the vegetables will give juice that needs to be carefully drained – we won't need it.
Chop the garlic and pour it into a container with radish, add sugar, vinegar, red and black pepper, sesame seeds, adinomoto, chopped onion and soy sauce. Moreover, the last two ingredients can not be added – this is for an amateur. Mix everything well and refrigerate for an hour or more.
Bon appetit!
