Chop the cabbage first.
Step 3:
Then all the other vegetables need to be washed, cleaned and chopped
Step 4:
Cut the apples into either small but thick (0.5 cm) pieces, or large but thin.
Step 5:
Now mix the vegetable oil, vinegar, add salt and sugar.
Step 6:
Combine chopped cabbage, vegetables and sliced apples in a container (it is better to combine layers so that it is more convenient to mix in the future). Then pour in the marinade and mix gently.
Step 7:
Then put it into jars. There is no need to roll it up, just close it with plastic lids. The salad can be tasted only after 3 days.
