Cabbage with bell pepper and apples

Simple and affordable recipe! Even a lazy one can cook! Crispy sauerkraut is a favorite food in many Slavic countries, including Russia. As folk wisdom says, "cabbage is not empty, it flies into the mouth"! You can put it in soup, and on a side dish to something and as a snack under vodka... Do you know that Alexander the Great also carried sauerkraut in his military wagon train? And not for nothing: after all, it contains a lot of vitamins, including vitamin C, the shortage of which is especially great in winter. So do not hesitate, but cook cabbage for the winter! I want to offer you an interesting recipe for cabbage salad for the winter. To do this, we need cabbage, carrots, onions, sweet bell pepper, apples.

    Cut the apples into either small but thick (0.5 cm) pieces, or large but thin.

    Combine chopped cabbage, vegetables and sliced apples in a container (it is better to combine layers so that it is more convenient to mix in the future). Then pour in the marinade and mix gently.
