Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Sterilize the jars.
Step 2:
Pepper is very well washed.
Step 3:
Clean and cut into quarters or pieces, as you like.
Step 4:
Prepare the marinade: Pour vegetable oil into a basin or saucepan, add sugar, salt and vinegar 9%. DO NOT ADD WATER ! /Pepper when cooking allocates a lot of it and it is not necessary to add extra /. * I don't like very salty and spicy, who likes - put salt and spices to taste now.
Step 5:
Cook the pepper in marinade in small portions / 100 - 150g / 5-7 minutes. Boiled one portion - folded into a sterilized jar and covered with a lid.
Step 6:
And so on until the end, until all the banks are full. / I got 7 pieces of 0.5 l . / We fill the cans tightly by tamping the peppers .
Step 7:
Then pour the marinade into jars and roll up the lids.
Step 8:
Roll on the table / for better distribution of the marinade / and turning the lid down, cover with a "fur coat". We leave it until completely cooled and take it to a cool place for storage.
The taste of pepper is sweet and sour, tender, and bright aroma. There are many similar recipes on the site, but mine differs from all by the absence of WATER in the marinade.
