    Now lay the meat and tie the package properly. Put the meat in the refrigerator for three days.

    During this time, do not forget to turn the meat several times a day.

    Remove the finished meat from the marinade, do not rinse, but simply dip it with a paper towel. The meat is ready!

    Prepare the sauce. Put the soft-boiled eggs in a blender glass, add vinegar, sunflower oil. Punch well with a blender. Before serving, chop the onion and squeeze out a clove of garlic. Mix and serve.

Such meat can be stored for a long time on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator, put it on absorbent paper and sometimes turn it over. There is nothing not to wrap! And for any festive table, you will always have a delicious snack in your arsenal. It will only remain to cook the sauce. But, nevertheless, it tastes best freshly cooked, served with sauce.
