Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

Onion, preferably small, peel. However, if the onion is large, then it is necessary to divide it into suitable sized parts. Do not throw away the husks of red onions.

Put all the spices, salt, and red onion husks in a saucepan. Fill with water. Boil it.

Then put the onion in the boiling marinade and cook for no more than five minutes, until it becomes translucent.

Meanwhile, sterilize the jars (two 0.5 liters each) and the lids. Put the boiled onion into jars, add two tablespoons of vinegar to each jar. Fill the jars with marinade to the top and evenly put the spices out of the pan.

Quickly and well close the jars with lids. Allow to cool under a blanket and send to a storage place until winter.
