Step 1:
How to fry pork meat with onions? Prepare the ingredients. You can use any meat: pork, beef or poultry. The only thing to keep in mind is that the frying time for each meat is different. The most delicious and juicy meat, fried in a frying pan, is obtained from pork. The main thing is to use a fresh and high-quality product. Pork is washed, cut off the films, cut the flesh into small pieces and rinse again with water and dry with a paper towel.
Step 2:
Onions are cleaned and cut into rings or half rings, they should not be too thin, otherwise onions in the process of frying with meat can become almost invisible in the finished dish.
Step 3:
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan, it is advisable to use a cast-iron or thick-walled frying pan. Turn on the fire, heat up the oil. Spread the cooked onions on the heated vegetable oil. Fry it on medium heat until transparent.

Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes, the stewing time depends on the size of the pieces of meat. During this time, almost all the liquid in the pan should evaporate.
Step 7:
Remove the lid from the pan and keep the meat in the pan for a few more minutes so that the excess moisture evaporates. The readiness of the meat can be tasted, the meat should be soft. Pork with onions in a frying pan is ready!
Step 8:
We serve the dish to the table with a side dish: mashed potatoes, pasta, porridge or with fresh vegetables and herbs are perfect, in this case, fried meat with onions will resemble a barbecue. Bon appetit!
