Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Pour flour into a bowl.
Step 2:
Add sugar and salt.
Step 3:
Pour in the yeast. Mix together the dry ingredients.
Step 4:
Pour in warm water.
Step 5:
And add warm milk.
Step 6:
Mix lightly with a silicone spatula (or spoon).
Step 7:
We spread the contents of the bowl on the work surface, lightly sprinkled with flour, and begin to knead the dough.
Step 8:
At first the dough will be sticky, do not be afraid, after you knead it for 7-10 minutes, it will become smooth and soft. But the flour is different for everyone, so if the dough is too liquid, then add a little flour, but don't overdo it!
Step 9:
After the dough has become smooth and homogeneous, it's time to add butter. Flatten the dough into a small tortilla and put the soft butter.
Step 10:
Wrap it up.
Step 11:
Knead the dough for another five minutes.
Step 12:
The dough will be soft and elastic.
Step 13:
Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for one hour.
Step 14:
After an hour, put the dough on the work surface and flatten it into a flat cake.
Step 15:
Divide the dough into four equal parts.
Step 16:
Roll each piece into a ball.
Step 17:
Pinch and roll.
Step 18:
Cover the dough balls with a towel and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Step 19:
Then flatten each ball into a flat cake.
Step 20:
And again, form a ball in the same way.
Step 21:
Pinch, roll, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.
Step 22:
Lightly grease the frying pan with vegetable oil.
Step 23:
Put the buns in a frying pan (I have a frying pan with a diameter of 24cm).
Step 24:
Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 25:
After 15 minutes, remove the lid, turn the buns over.
Step 26:
Cover again and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 27:
Bon appetit!
Very tasty buns that are cooked in a frying pan. An excellent substitute for bread, suitable for making hamburgers, sandwiches, very tasty with jam and butter or just with milk or kefir :) Such buns remain soft even the next day (unless of course they will remain with you until the next day) :)))
You can double the amount of ingredients and cook 8 buns in two pans. They can be stored in an airtight container or simply wrapped in plastic wrap when they cool down. :))
