Step 1:
How to make fresh dill for the winter in jars? To do this, we need only fresh dill. In season, I always sow dill for fresh greens in order to prepare it for the winter in sufficient quantities. Fresh dill is suitable for harvesting, while it is still young and has not gone into bloom. After the beginning of flowering, dill becomes tougher. But you should not take very young, not strengthened greens.
Step 2:
In order to prepare fresh dill in cans, pick the necessary amount of fresh young dill and prepare the cans themselves directly. I like to use small jars so that when opening, you can use all the dill at once. Wash the selected jars well and dry them until completely dry.
Step 3:
Wash the dill, pat it with paper towels and leave it to dry completely. There won't be a drop of water left on the dill for a long time.
Step 4:
Cut off the stems of the dill.
Step 5:
Spread the dill over all the jars and close the lids tightly.
Step 6:
Put all jars filled with dill in the refrigerator for storage.
Step 7:
If necessary, it is very convenient to open a jar with fresh dill, slice it and immediately add it to any dish. For example, in a salad! Have a nice treat!
