Cooking method
Combine cottage cheese with powdered sugar, add vanilla, softened butter, stir the mass with a fork until smooth (it is better not to use a blender, otherwise the mass may become too liquid).
Put the cottage cheese with a spoon on the work surface, with a fork make 2 grooves with a partition in the middle. Fill one furrow with boiled condensed milk, the other with ordinary. Add a little cottage cheese on top to cover the cheese.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and cover the cheese with it, then send them to the freezer for 40-60 minutes.
