Cooking method
First we need to whip up the cream. How to beat the cream correctly? Use a product with at least 30% fat content, otherwise it will not climb. Cream, like whipping dishes, should be very cold, so before whipping, keep them in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours. Start whipping with the mixer at the lowest rpm, gradually increasing the speed. They should acquire the consistency of stable peaks. Now we introduce into the yogurt, sugar, lime juice and its zest. Gently mix the resulting mixture until smooth.
We put aside a quarter of the berries. We will decorate our dish with them.
Knead the rest of the berries. In the cremans, we spread the crushed berries in layers first, then the cream. You can put several layers of berries and cream. Now we decorate our parfait and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
