Divide the cucumber into equal thick pieces, cm2-2.5.
Make a recess in each block by removing the core with a teaspoon. Chop the cucumber pulp, add finely chopped onion, garlic, boiled minced shrimp, almette cheese. Mix it up. Season with salt and pepper. You can sprinkle with lemon juice. Fill the cucumber bar with the resulting mixture, decorate with a whole shrimp on top.
