Cooking method
Take toast bread, cut off the edges from all sides and roll each with a rolling pin into a thin layer.
Grease each layer of bread with a layer of cream cheese, put thinly sliced fish on it in a thin layer, retreating 1cm from one edge (towards this edge you will need to roll bread into a roll – it will turn out to be on top), at the opposite edge of the bread, lay out strips of Bulgarian red pepper.
Roll each layer of bread into a roll, then roll the roll on a saucer with black sesame seeds poured on it, wrap it with cling film and put it away for 2 hours in the cold.
Refrigerated mini rolls cut into slices about 1-1.5 cm thick and put on a dish covered with lettuce leaves.
Finita!Bon appetit!
Instead of white toast bread, you can use pita bread, and the bread option is less familiar and common, but more original.
Instead of bell pepper for rolls, you can safely use fresh or pickled cucumber, olives, olives or other products to your taste.
