Cooking method
1. Strawberries are washed and cut into slices (1-2 pieces are left for decoration).
2. Put sliced strawberries, white grapes (like Riesling), natural (without additives) yogurt in the blender bowl and pour sugar. Beat until smooth.
3. Pour the mashed potatoes into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. After this time, remove the soup from the refrigerator, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper. Decorate the soup-puree with slices of fresh strawberries.
