Cooking method
Finely chop the onion, fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown. Grate raw potatoes on a medium grater. Add potatoes and fried onions to the minced meat. Drive in an egg. Add salt, pepper, half a teaspoon of soda and spices to the minced meat to taste. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Pour in cold boiled water;(how much minced meat will take) and knead until smooth. From this mass, make cutlets, and breaded them in breadcrumbs or flour. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the breaded cutlets in it. Fry for a minute on each side over high heat, until golden brown.
