Kufte - meatballs in Greek

Mix minced meat with rice in a bowl. Break the eggs, add salt and pepper and mix well.

Now make minced meat balls the size of a small egg.

Breading each ball. The breading should be double, first with flour, and then with crackers.

It turns out dry, delicious and beautiful.

Fry each ball in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.

Put the fried balls in a saucepan tightly enough, pour a little less than a glass of oil into them. 

Pour boiling water to the very top, add salt and simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped dill.
Serve with bread and ketchup.
