Dried squid at home

The perfect beer snack. Surprise your friends! Very tasty! My husband loves to watch football. And what kind of viewing without beer? He loves dried squid very much and often buys them in the store. But lately, rarely come across delicious and well-cooked. I tried to cook it myself, but I didn't cook a whole squid, but its tentacles. Budget-friendly and economical. The husband is delighted, and his friends are jealous that he has such a wife-hostess))

1. Clean the tentacles. Rinse under running water.
2. Put in the prepared brine and leave for 8-10 hours. The brine is prepared very simply: put salt, pepper and bay leaf in the water. If I need to speed up the pickling process, then I pour more salt.
3. Dry the pickled tentacles with a paper towel and cut into pieces.
4. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and dry the seafood in the oven at 50 degrees for about 3 hours.

Bon appetit!
