Cooking method
The meat must be prepared and pickled. Remove streaks and fat layers from it. Put it in the freezer for a couple of hours. Thus, the meat will freeze a little and it will be easier to cut into slices.
In a pickling bowl, mix soy sauce, satsebeli sauce and ketchup. Add spices, salt and mix well until smooth.
Cut frozen meat into thin slices, about half a centimeter thick.
Then, in portions of several pieces, thoroughly soak all the meat in the marinade. Cover with cling film and put to marinate in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Put the pickled meat in the dryer compartments evenly in one layer. Turn on the drying of meat at a dryer power of 260 watts for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, it is necessary to turn each piece of meat on the reverse side and swap all the levels of the dryer. Dry for another 4 hours until fully cooked.
The meat is ready, bon appetit to everyone! Keep in mind that meat cooked in this way will weigh about half as much as raw.
