Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make potato zrazy with meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any kind of meat. I have pork-beef. Mushrooms can also be any. I have boiled forest mushrooms. But you can also take champignons. It is enough to simply rinse them well. Peel the potatoes and rinse them from dirt.
Step 2:
Fill the peeled potatoes with water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Add a little salt. Cook the potatoes until tender. It will take 15-20 minutes. Potatoes will become soft.
Step 3:
Drain all the water from the finished potatoes, mash it with a pusher and leave to cool. When cooling down, leave the lid slightly ajar so that excess steam comes out. With excess moisture, the zrazy will not be molded.
Step 4:
To prepare the filling, pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the minced meat for 4-5 minutes.
Step 5:
Peel the onion and carrot. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Add the onion and carrot to the minced meat in the pan. Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6:
Chop the mushrooms very finely.
Step 7:
Add the chopped mushrooms to the minced meat in the pan. Fry everything together until tender. It will take another 10 minutes.
Step 8:
The finished filling will start to fry a little. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Then remove the pan from the heat and cool the filling.
Step 9:
Add egg and flour to the cooled potatoes. Mix everything together.
Step 10:
Take some potatoes with wet hands, form a tortilla and put the meat filling in the center. Then close it like a pie to seal the edges. Form a zraza and roll it in flour.
Step 11:
Put the finished zrazy in a hot frying pan and fry with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil over low heat.
Step 12:
Fry the zrazy on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 13:
The perfect addition will be sour cream and garlic sauce. While the zrazy are frying, mix sour cream, dill and garlic.
Step 14:
Put the finished zrazy on a paper towel to remove excess oil from them. Serve zrazy hot, topping with sauce. Enjoy your meal!
Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. How to determine the roasting temperature and choose the best oil for frying, and which is better not to use at all, read here .
Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .
If you use ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
