Cooking method
1. Pour the flax seed into the bowl of a blender and grind it (you need to grind it anyway, since the seed is very hard).
2. We pour the crushed seed into a bowl, pour boiling water, close the lid and let it brew for 5 minutes.
3. Add salt to taste and sugar, enrich with cinnamon, mix.
4. Fill the dish with olive oil.
4. When serving, decorate with fresh raspberries.
