So, everything is very simple:
- my barley groats two or three times, no less;
- we put clean cereals in a special dish that is suitable for use in a microwave oven;
- pour poppy seeds, salt and sugar, mix;
- cover the pan with a lid and send it to the microwave for 10 minutes (800 W power);
- after turning off the oven, do not rush to take out the porridge, let it stand for 10 minutes.
That's it, breakfast is ready)
