Cranberry juice made from fresh berries

Cooking method
1. The berries are thoroughly washed under running water.
2. Chop the cranberries with a blender.
3. We transfer the gruel to a strainer and wipe it to get a clean juice.
4. The remaining cake is transferred to a saucepan, filled with water and sent to the fire.
5. Pour sugar into a saucepan and add a couple of clove buds (optional), bring to a boil.
6. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
7. Cool the broth, then filter through a sieve.
8. Mix the filtered broth with the previously squeezed juice.
Serve the mors chilled!
