Prepare a fluffy chocolate sponge cake from the right dough! This recipe has been repeatedly tested by me personally, so I can recommend it to everyone with all responsibility. The biscuit turns out to be lush (in the form of 20 cm), not dry, not cloying. Try it, everything is quite simple!

1. Divide well-cooled eggs into whites and yolks.

2. Using a mixer, beat the proteins with half the sugar to stable strong peaks.

3. The yolks are also whipped white with the remaining sugar.

4. Combine the whites with the yolks in a spacious bowl, mixing very gently with a silicone spatula.

5. In the resulting lush mass, sift flour with baking powder, as well as cocoa. Knead the dough with a spatula with movements from top to bottom.

That's it - the dough is ready for baking!
