Chicken pockets with cheese

This dish is not only delicious, but it is also prepared very quickly. It does not take much time and effort to prepare such pockets. Meat can be pre-fried and not at all. However, then the chicken will secrete a lot of juice. Frying on high heat quickly seals the top layer of meat, so with further heat treatment it will practically not lose moisture and will not dry out. The pockets will remain juicy inside. You can serve them with any side dish - potatoes, rice, pasta, buckwheat. It is very tasty to turn out with a salad of fresh vegetables.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Breading. To prepare the breading, we will need: breadcrumbs, a large egg, salt.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Beat the egg with salt until smooth.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Pour the breadcrumbs on a flat plate. Dip each chicken fillet in a beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken fillet on high heat on both sides until golden brown.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

Put the meat in a baking dish lined with parchment and put it in a preheated 180 ° C oven for another 20-25 minutes. If your fillet is very fried, then, so that the breading does not burn when baking, you can cover the mold with foil. Bon appetit!
