Warm Octopus Salad

Love seafood? You'll definitely enjoy this unusual little salad! Octopus, to put it mildly, isn't a frequent guest on my table. But when it does show up, I want to make something really delicious with it... This time I pulled it off — it turned out absolutely amazing!

    Peel the warm, freshly boiled potatoes.

    Put the potatoes and octopus in a salad bowl and warm them through.

    Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes.

    And make the dressing: mince the garlic however you like.

    Finely chop the dill.

    Combine the whole-grain mustard, olive oil, dill, and garlic.

    Add the cherry tomatoes to the potatoes and octopus, tear the corn salad into individual leaves, pour over the dressing, toss, and serve warm.

    It's an incredible combination! The dressing plays no small part — it gives the warm salad a savory kick. And the aroma once everything comes together... Mmmmm.

  • Octopus is exotic, of course, but you can swap in boiled squid, and use ordinary lettuce in place of the corn salad — or skip the greens for a more everyday version. But do try it at least once this way — it's so good!
