Cooking method
We clean the currant from twigs and sepals, rinse well under cold water.
We pass it through a meat grinder or crush it with a wooden spoon. Add sugar, mix well.
We put the mashed black currant with sugar in jars. We close them tightly with lids, and put them for storage in the cellar or refrigerator.
