Step 1:
Just two simple ingredients - sugar and juice. I have pineapple juice.
Step 2:
Pour strictly 80 grams of sugar into a glass container and add 20 ml of any juice or compote. We put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and 20 seconds, the power is 800W.
Step 3:
When the microwave turns off, carefully (because the jar is hot) take out the container and give 10-15 seconds for the bubbles to settle)
Step 4:
We take a silicone mold, lubricate it with nothing, fill it with our syrup and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.
Step 5:
After the candies have completely cooled down, we easily take them out of the mold and enjoy)))))
