Pear salad with nuts

Peel the pears and seeds, cut the flesh into cubes, sprinkle them with lemon juice so that they do not darken. Leave a few pieces to decorate the salad.
For the sauce, carefully mix yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon.
Pour the resulting sauce over the pears. Mix gently, adding oat flakes and nuts, and put in a salad bowl. Garnish with the remaining pear slices and nuts.
The salad should be eaten without delay. Otherwise, the flakes will turn into porridge.
