Tomatoes under a cheese cap

Step-by-step cooking
Wash the tomatoes, dry with a towel, cut off the top part.
Remove the middle with a tablespoon. Add a little salt to the tomatoes from the inside.
Finely chop the meat, put it in tomato "bowls". Season with salt and Italian herbs.
Put the chopped tomato pulp and chopped Bulgarian pepper here.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake tomatoes with cheese for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Basil and olives can be decorated on top.
