Step-by-step cooking
Cut bread, tomatoes into round slices. Put the bread in the pan and fry on both sides for about a minute, so that the bread becomes slightly golden.
Then we put it to cool down. Tomatoes are put in the microwave for about 2 minutes, so that they soften slightly and become baked.
Peel the garlic and cut the slices in half.
Take the bread, and rub one side of the bread with a clove of garlic.
Then we take the mayonnaise and distribute it on top.
When the tomatoes are slightly cooled, then put them on bread.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top...
And add herbs at the end of the process.
We arrange it beautifully on a plate and serve it on the table.
