Step-by-step cooking
In a bowl, combine softened butter, sugar, almond crumbs and crushed cookies (ground cookies and almonds together in a blender).
Add grated chocolate, vanilla sugar and alcohol.
Mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
Roll into a sausage, wrapping the truffle mass in cling film.
Put in a cold place for 15-20 minutes.
Then cut across into identical pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball.
Roll in cocoa.
