We carefully sort through the raisins, dried apricots and prunes. We remove the bones and peduncles where necessary. After washing under running water and pour boiling water, let them steam under the lid for fifteen minutes. Peel off the carrot (take a sweet, juicy, fresh) peel and rub it on a fine grater. Knead the cottage cheese in a bowl with a fork, sprinkle it with cinnamon and pour warmed honey. Mix it up. Steamed and dried dried fruits – dried apricots and prunes – cut into small pieces. And add them together with raisins to the cottage cheese. Mix, put the carrot. The finished mass should turn out to be almost homogeneous. After filling it with sour cream to taste, we put it in beautiful cremans, decorate it with a leaf of fresh mint or a slice of lemon and serve. That's it, our food is ready, we eat and enjoy life.
