Step-by-step cooking
This cooking recipe was told to me by my aunt, who constantly pampers her husband with culinary novelties so I decided to try to cook something new, original, because the food should not only be healthy, but also varied, and the combination of meat and vegetables is an ideal option for a healthy diet.
To begin with, the defrosted chicken should be washed, cut into small pieces, remove the skin, put everything in a frying pan and fry a little until a golden crust forms. Then add finely chopped garlic, white wine and Bulgarian pepper cut into large pieces to the pan, cover everything with a lid and simmer on a small flame until the pepper becomes soft. Next, add sliced tomatoes, pepper (preferably red), salt and simmer for another 10 minutes. We put the resulting dishes on plates and invite everyone to the table to taste such a "yummy". I am sure that your guests will really like it, and chicken with bell pepper will be an indispensable attribute of your feast!
