Step-by-step cooking
Finely chop the chicken fillet (it is best to take the upper part of the chicken – chicken breasts for this). Then pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry our chicken until light golden brown. Pour in the cream and start simmering under the lid for about four minutes (on low heat). Now pour in the chopped champignons, mix, cover again and simmer for four minutes. It's the turn of olives – stew with them under the lid. After two minutes, add green canned peas. We keep it on the fire for another two minutes, stirring, add salt to taste, pour in black ground pepper. Please note that our peas should not boil, so we remove the dish from the fire as soon as the peas are thoroughly warmed up. Bon appetit!
