Step-by-step cooking
Washed and sliced chicken fillet fried until golden brown in olive oil. Then I cut the onion, bell pepper, and chopped the champignons into strips. Of course, before that, everything was washed and cleaned of waste. I put mushrooms, onions and pepper in a frying pan with chicken fillet, poured sour cream, salt and pepper. He stewed a little and after a couple of minutes poured a glass of madeira. When the food started to boil, I turned off the fire, put it on plates and sprinkled the finished chicken with mushrooms in a sauce of sour cream and madeira in Bulgarian with chopped parsley and dill. One of my chef friends taught me how to cook this dish of Bulgarian cuisine. There are not so few recipes for chicken in madeira, but this one stands out among them for its unusually delicate taste and traditional combination of products. There is nothing among the ingredients that could confuse a lover of classical cuisine, but at the same time there is its own unique harmony of taste. Madeira can be replaced with sherry, and champignons with oyster mushrooms. The main thing is to find half a kilo of chicken fillet and everyone will be able to please their relatives and friends with this amazing food.
