Step 1:
To make tea sausage from cookies, you will need shortbread cookies, sugar, butter, milk, walnuts, cocoa.
Step 2:
Chop the cookies into crumbs, but so that small, not ground pieces come across.
Step 3:
Add chopped walnuts. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Combine milk, sugar, butter and cocoa in a small saucepan.
Step 5:
Heat over medium heat, stirring. The chocolate mass should become uniform and smooth.
Step 6:
Pour the chocolate mass into the cookie crumbs with nuts. Mix it up. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Step 7:
Put the resulting mass on a board covered with cling film. Carefully shape along the board until a shapeless "loaf". Tuck the edges of the film and take the future sausage out into the cold.
Step 8:
Every 15-20 minutes, the sausage needs to be slowly formed, solidifying the butter will help to seal the mass and it will keep its shape better.
Step 9:
Leave the finished dessert overnight in a cold place. Remove the cling film. The finished sausage can be rolled in cocoa or powdered sugar.
Step 10:
Cut the dessert into small pieces and serve with fragrant hot tea.
