Step 1:
How to make a funchosa salad with meat and soy sauce? Prepare all the necessary products.

Cut the garlic arrows into pieces 3-4 centimeters long.

Drain the water through a colander and rinse under cold water. Let the excess liquid drain.

Grate the carrots so that the stripes come out (on a Korean grater).

Cut the onion into half rings, and pork into strips 3-4 cm long.
Step 7:
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden.
Step 8:
Add the meat to the onion and fry until tender.
Step 9:
Add garlic arrows here. Keep everything in a frying pan for 10 to 30 minutes. The first 10-15 without a lid, then add half a glass of water and simmer under the lid. The main thing is not to overcook the arrows!

Add a couple of drops of vegetable oil to the boiling water and put the noodles. Leave for ten minutes in hot water.
Step 12:
The finished noodles will become transparent. Flip it into a colander and rinse with cold water so that it does not stick together.
Step 13:
Put everything in a bowl and prepare the dressing.
Step 14:
For dressing, sprinkle all the ingredients with lemon juice, pour soy sauce, season Weijing, add paprika and black pepper. Do not stir, because the seasonings should remain on top. Heat a frying pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil into it and warm it up. Put the paprika in the oil and squeeze out the garlic. Do everything quickly so that nothing burns down. It is better to cook garlic in advance. Two seconds, and the refueling is ready.
Step 15:
Pour the salad with spicy oil and mix. Cover the salad with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. This is how I got a funchosa salad with meat!
Funchosa is noodles made of starch, it is also called glass noodles, because in the finished form it becomes translucent.
