Step 1:
How to make a roll of pita bread with pink salmon? Preparing this snack dish is very simple, it does not require anything to boil beforehand. Wash the greens and chop them. Wash the cucumbers and cut into strips.
Step 2:
Mix the processed cheese with chopped herbs. Processed cheese can be taken classic, without additives, or take cheese with some flavor. In this regard, you can safely experiment.
Step 3:
Bulgarian sweet pepper wash and clean. I have red, but you can take pepper of other colors or use a multi-colored mix.
Step 4:
Cut it into strips.
Step 5:
Smear the thin pita bread with the resulting mixture
Step 6:
Pink salmon I took in a jar, already sliced.
Step 7:
On top of the spread on the very edge, spread the cucumber and pink salmon in layers, as shown in the photo.
Step 8:
Make one turn. Now put the bell pepper, pink salmon, turn again.
Step 9:
Keep alternating layers. Then wrap the pita bread roll in cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 10:
Ready-made pita bread, when it is properly soaked, cut into portions - mini rolls. Our snack dish is ready to serve!
Such a roll turns out to be multicolored in the section, so it looks very elegant, presentable and impressive. I and my family really liked the taste of it. I cooked it for the first time, but now I cook more often, especially on holidays, when a lot of people gather at the table and keep looking for something delicious with my eyes. I generally like to cook a variety of pita bread dishes, and I also just adore all kinds of rolls with stuffing - my two culinary passions just came together in this recipe! I especially like this recipe because red fish is used for the dish. I love it not just to eat, but to combine it with different ingredients. The most successful combination is a combination of red fish with cheese: cream, cottage cheese or melted, as in this recipe. But even with vegetables, it goes with a bang!
How to choose the right pita bread? First of all, look at the date of manufacture on the package. Do not take expired pastries. Fresh pita bread should have a pleasant smell. Take a good look so that there are no stains and signs of mold on it.
