We dip half of the "Ladies' Fingers" cookies in coffee and put a layer in the mold. Spread with the third part of the chocolate cream. Dip 60 grams of amaretti cookies in coffee and put it on the cream, breaking it to fit. A layer of the third part of the cream and a layer of "Ladies' fingers". Cover the mold with cling film and cool for 12 hours. After the time has elapsed, turn the cake onto a platter, spread with the remaining cream and sprinkle with crushed nuts and cookies.
