Chocolate of two types is broken into pieces and melted in a bowl in a water bath. Cool and mix with mascapone. Then add the whipped cream to the half-baked mixture. If necessary, the mass can be put in the refrigerator. A rectangular shape for cupcakes (per 1 liter) is lined with cling film. We brew strong coffee and cool it. We dip half of the "Ladies' Fingers" cookies in coffee and put a layer in the mold. Spread with the third part of the chocolate cream. Dip 60 grams of amaretti cookies in coffee and put it on the cream, breaking it to fit. A layer of the third part of the cream and a layer of "Ladies' fingers". Cover the mold with cling film and cool for 12 hours. After the time has elapsed, turn the cake onto a platter, spread with the remaining cream and sprinkle with crushed nuts and cookies. You can decorate a layer cake with melted chocolate. Have a nice tea party!
