Step 1:
You can take any beans. You can soak it overnight (or for 3 hours), then it will cook faster. Not soaked - it doesn't matter, we put it to cook like this. Beans are put in cold water and put on the stove. Salt at the very end of cooking and insist a little. Immediately salted legumes remain wooden and not so tasty. When ready, drain the water and cool the beans.
Step 2:
Boil the eggs. It is also better to put them in cold water and add a spoonful of salt, even a burst egg will not leak out with it. after boiling, hard-boiled eggs are boiled for 8 minutes. After that, you need to fill the eggs with cold water and crack the shell - the water will get under the shell, and you can easily clean the eggs, no matter how fresh they are.
Step 3:
Peel and chop the nuts. Leave a couple to serve.
Step 4:
Put the beans in a convenient bowl, chop the egg whites to it.
Step 5:
Add nuts and a little salt.
Step 6:
In another bowl, chop the egg yolks (very convenient with a fork), chop the greens here (leave a few leaves for serving), add mayonnaise, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 7:
Mix everything well.
Step 8:
To serve, put the salad in salad bowls, put the dressing on top. Decorate.
If the beans are white, you can immediately mix the salad. Dark beans turn mayonnaise blue, so it's better to mix it just before eating.
