Test Recipe:
Dissolve yeast in a small amount of water, add milk, then add salt, sugar and half of flour (1kg). Knead the liquid dough (sourdough) and put it in a warm place to fit. After we add the beaten eggs, half of the butter (150g), washed and cut dried apricots and washed raisins and the remaining flour, mix everything and at the very end add the remaining butter (150g) and mix thoroughly and leave for 2 hours.

After the dough has come up, lubricate the molds with vegetable oil, cover with paper, and fill the molds with 1/4 dough, leave for a few minutes to come up and then bake in a well-heated oven at 150 degrees for 40 minutes.

Cream recipe:
Whisk 5 proteins into a foam, add a glass of sugar, whisk into a steep foam.

Cooked cakes, take out, cool, then apply cream, sprinkle with colored caramel on top and decorate with flowers from marmalades.
