Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Necessary ingredients: cream, milk, eggs, chocolate, waffles, butter, sugar, powdered sugar, gelatin.
Step 2:
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Step 3:
Mix yolks with sugar.
Step 4:
Put in a water bath and whisk until the mass thickens. Remove from the bath.
Step 5:
Pour gelatin with milk, let it swell.
Step 6:
Next, add finely crumbled chocolate to the gelatin and heat, stirring, until the chocolate completely melts.
Step 7:
After removing from the water bath, stir in the butter. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Step 8:
Mix the chocolate and yolk mass.
Step 9:
Then, put on the stove, on a slow fire. Stirring constantly and occasionally lifting the ladle, heat the mass until the sugar has dispersed. While stirring, make sure that the mass does not stick to the bottom!
Step 10:
Beat the cream with a mixer. Whisk the whites into a strong foam, gradually adding powdered sugar. Whipped cream and whites gently mix into the chocolate-yolk mixture.
Step 11:
Grind waffles in a blender into fine crumbs.
Step 12:
Put the mousse in the cremans, alternating layers with waffle crumbs: mousse – waffle crumbs – mousse. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to solidify.
Step 13:
You can decorate the dessert with fresh berries, fruits, cookies. Bon appetit!
