Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary ingredients
Step 2:
We put some kind of mat on the table, spread the food wrap on top. We cut the pita bread in half, if it is large, like mine, and lay it on a film. If it's small, then we take the whole one. Spread with melted cheese
Step 3:
Cut the boiled sausage into plates
Step 4:
Tomato in thin half rings
Step 5:
We spread sausage and tomato on the pita bread
Step 6:
Cover with the second half of the pita bread and spread with the remaining melted cheese
Step 7:
Chop the greens
Step 8:
Sprinkle the second half of the pita bread with herbs
Step 9:
Twist the pita bread into a roll as tightly as possible
Step 10:
Wrap with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, and preferably longer - so it will soften and it will be easier to cut. You can do it in the evening - and in the morning there will be a great breakfast. Or you can, for example, twist and go to nature - it will be a great snack for a barbecue. That's all - it took no more than 10 minutes to prepare, and the rest of the preparation will take place without our participation
Step 11:
We take it out of the refrigerator, carefully release it from the film and cut it. I didn't wait a little for the allotted time, so my pita bread got a little unwound, so it needs to be kept in the refrigerator!
Step 12:
This snack looks very nice, for example, on lettuce leaves
Step 13:
Our snack is ready. Bon appetit!
Try to cook this simple dish and you will not regret it, especially since it is very simple!
