Cooking method
The recipe for making homemade orange wine is as simple as possible and even novice winemakers can do it.
Wash the oranges, peel them and squeeze the juice out of them in any way possible.
The juice is poured into a fermentation tank, most often a large glass bottle is used.
Add sugar to the juice and mix thoroughly.
Closing the bottle with a water shutter, we put it in a warm dark place for fermentation.
When the fermentation process is completed, the wine will darken and it can be drained.
The drained wine is filtered and bottled.
Closed bottles are stored in a cool place away from sunlight.
Ready-made homemade orange wine has a citrus aroma and taste, and also has a beautiful yellow tint.
