Cut one zucchini across, two along. Everything is fried in rast.oil.
Three zucchini on a grater and then fry too, seasoning with garlic and dried onions. All pepper and salt.
Finely chop sweet pepper and cheese.
To the cheese, add fried zucchini in puree, sweet pepper and mayonnaise.
