Apple and leaf templates are pre-prepared by drawing them on cardboard. Cut out templates.
Melt the puff pastry, cut out the leaves according to the template. Using foil, we give the sheets the desired shape and then bake.
In the cut apples, we make a recess with the bottom of the glass, bake them. Then we remove the middle.
Making apples in caramel. Put the apples in a frying pan, add butter, cinnamon, sugar, keep for 15 minutes, stirring.
Put the caramel in the baked apples and put them in the oven for 10 minutes. Decorate with leaves.
