Step-by-step cooking
Carve the chicken.
Soak dry mushrooms in water for 30 minutes.
Soak bread in milk for five minutes, then squeeze.
Twist chicken meat in a meat grinder together with onion and bread.
Add egg to minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
Finely chop mushrooms.
Fry the onion in a frying pan.
Then put the mushrooms to the onion and fry everything.
Lay out a rectangular cake pan with foil so that the foil goes beyond the edges of the mold.
Lay out a layer of minced meat.
Put the mushrooms on top of the minced meat.
Cover the mushrooms with minced meat and flatten.
Lay out a layer of cheese, cut into cubes.
Cover the cheese with minced meat.
Put the bell pepper cubes on top.
Bake chicken bread for forty minutes at 180 degrees.
Then increase the temperature to 220-240 degrees and soak the bread for another half hour.
As soon as the top is browned, our bread is ready.
