This birthday cake consists of many elements at once, but we start cooking it with the main cake.

Beat the egg, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Add sour cream, mix everything. Then put the orange peel, melted plum.butter, flour and baking powder, mix.

Take a detachable mold (I have 28 cm), cover with food paper, spread the dough, level it, bake at 180 until ready.

Now we are preparing profiteroles. Add sugar, salt, oil to the water, bring to a boil, immediately pour in flour and stir. The mass should thicken.

Let the dough cool down a little, then drive all the eggs into it one by one, stir.

On a baking sheet covered with food paper, put the dough with a spoon and bake for half an hour at 180gr.

Preparing custard. We dilute gelatin according to the instructions. Beat the yolks with sugar, put the van.sugar, flour, milk, cook until it thickens. We put gelatin, white chocolate, stir everything and cool it.

Whisk with cax.powdered cream. Add one half to the cream.

Preparing the second cream. Beat the softened cream.butter, add strawberries with sugar, condensed milk.

Putting together a cake. Profiteroles are filled with custard from a pastry bag. The cake is also smeared with custard, on top of it - a thin layer of butter cream.

We spread profiteroles on the cake, we smear all the gaps with butter cream. The top and sides of the cake are coated with whipped cream. And decorate the cake the way you want. I did it with the help of food gels.
